I’m 5’8 165lbs with about a 32-34 waist. Larges were a little loose so got the mediums and that fit perfect. Very comfortable. They have loose leg holes for my thicc thighed hombres. Customer service was also amazing. They made it very easy to exchange and were plesant through the whole interaction. Only downside is no drawstrings but if you get the right size it doesn’t matter.
